PLEASANTVILLE SHOOTING VICTIM’S DEATH RULED A HOMICIDE


PLEASANTVILLE- A 25 year-old Pleasantville man who was shot Friday evening died as a result of multiple gunshot wounds, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

An autopsy was completed today for shooting victim Nathan Adcock and his death is ruled a homicide.

Police received a 911 call at 6:21 p.m., reporting a shooting in the area of 129 N. First Street. Shotspotter was also alerted. A male shooting victim was located in the area. The man was transported to the Atlanticare Medical Center City Division where he was pronounced deceased.

The cooperative active investigation by the ACPO Major Crimes Unit and the Pleasantville Police Department is continuing.
