Statement From the Atlantic County Prosecutor

On behalf of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, I would like to welcome you to our webpage. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office provides professional leadership and guidance through the coordination of law enforcement resources to safeguard and protect the citizenry by detection, arrest, prosecution and conviction of criminal offenders.

We recognize that you, the public, are our greatest partner in prosecuting criminal activity and solving inactive cases. Accordingly, this site is intended to provide you with vital information concerning public safety, such as helpful links to other law enforcement agencies and our partners in crime prevention, press releases regarding the status of various criminal investigations, pictures of our community engagement, and an opportunity to interact with our office in an effort to make Atlantic County safer and healthier for its citizens, and visitors, alike.

The overwhelming amount of men and women who work in the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office also live in Atlantic County. We are your neighbors, parishioners, athletic coaches, and volunteers. As such, we have a vested interest in making our community safe for everyone. Please join me, and the members of our office, in preventing crime before it occurs and obtaining justice for victims of crime, when it does occur. As always, “if you see something, say something.”
Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.

Sincerely,

DAMON G. TYNER
