MAYS LANDING- A Laurel Springs man has been charged with endangering and luring, involving a 12 year-old girl, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

Henry Merton, 23, of Laurel Springs, is charged with the following:
Endangering (3rd degree)
Endangering (1st degree)
Luring (2nd degree)
Merton’s arrest stemmed from a long-term investigation by the ACPO Special Victims Unit, involving the online luring of a 12 year-old Egg Harbor City girl. Egg Harbor City Police Department assisted in the investigation.
Assistant Prosecutor David Ruffenach represents the state.
