INVESTIGATION OF FATAL SHOOTING OF PLEASANTVILLE MAN IN ATLANTIC CITY


MAYS LANDING – A 21 year-old Pleasantville man was shot to death in Atlantic City on Sunday night and an investigation is continuing into the shooting, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.

Following a 911 call just after 11 p.m., on Sunday, June 30, 2019, Atlantic City Police responded to the 300 block of N. Pennsylvania Avenue for a report of a shooting. Jordan Reaves, 21, was located and transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division where he died from his injuries.

This incident is an ongoing investigation between the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and Atlantic City Police Department.
