MAYS LANDING-An Egg Harbor Township man is charged with offenses, including witness tampering and was arrested by the ACPO Major Crimes Unit and Egg Harbor Township Police Department on Aug. 30, 2018, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.
John Kachbalian, 55, of 306 Spray Ave., Egg Harbor Township, was arrested at his residence, following the execution of the arrest warrant that was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACPO Major Crimes Unit.
Kachbalian, was arrested and charged with the following:
- 1st degree Witness Tampering
- 3rd degree Invasion of Privacy
- 4th degree Cyber-Harassment
“Witnesses are integral to prosecuting cases and bringing criminals to justice. Anyone who attempts to threaten, intimidate, or otherwise interfere with witnesses to crimes will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said.
Kachbalian is lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
