ACPO CHIEF ASSISTANT PROSECUTOR LEVY RECEIVES AWARD FOR PROSECUTION, CONVICTION OF KAUFFMAN HOMICIDE


ATLANTIC CITY- The County Prosecutors Association of New Jersey selected ACPO Chief Assistant Prosecutor Seth Levy for  the 2018 award of OUTSTANDING ADVOCACY IN A SINGLE CASE for his efforts in the conviction of the defendants in STATE v. AUGELLO, ET ALS., otherwise known as “The Kauffman Case”. Chief Assistant Prosecutor Levy received the award on Sunday evening during the County Prosecutors Association of New Jersey Awards Banquet at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa.

“I am elated to convey that the County Prosecutors Association of New Jersey selected ACPO’s very own Chief Assistant Prosecutor Seth Levy as the OUTSTANDING ADVOCACY IN A SINGLE CASE for the year 2018, for his efforts in the conviction of the defendants in STATE v. AUGELLO, ET ALS., otherwise known as “The Kauffman Case”. Seth and the entire team of investigators, lawyers, clerical staff and many others overcame many obstacles to develop this case, get it trial ready and bring it to a jury for a successful conviction,” Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said.
