ACPO CELEBRATES OUR 2018 SUMMER INTERNS ON NATIONAL INTERN DAY

MAYS LANDING- The ACPO Intern Program is a ten week summer program that allows both college and law students the opportunity to experience what it is like to be an Assistant Atlantic County Prosecutor. Interns get to enhance their skills through legal writing, observing court, appearing on the record in certain circumstances and participating in a mock trial at the end of the summer. The interns visit Trenton State Prison and the Atlantic County Jail and get exposure to the different units by meeting with the Chiefs during a Brown Bag Lunch Series. Assistant Prosecutor Erika Halayko serves as the Chief Intern Coordinator and Assistant Prosecutor Marisa McGarvey serves as the Deputy Intern Coordinator.
