Tactical/Entry Team

In 1995, the Prosecutor’s Office initiated the development of the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Tactical/Entry Team. The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Tactical/Entry Team is specially trained for high risk law enforcement operations. Such high risk law enforcement operations include the execution of high risk arrest warrants, the execution of high risk search warrants and emergency assistance in Atlantic County for barricaded suspect incidents or hostage situations.

The Tactical Team/Entry Team is trained and authorized to utilize, if necessary, several specialized firearms and other tools in the execution of their operations.
