Staff assigned to Administrative Services are responsible for personnel and financial matters within the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office.  

They prepare and administer the yearly budget, track all accounts payable and receivable, issue petty cash, and ensure the efficient processing of employee records and purchase orders.   Administrative Services also manage and administer federal and state grants that support various operations in the office.

Additionally, the staff handles the acquisition, requisition, purchase and distribution of all equipment and supplies for the office.   They oversee and provide for building maintenance and cleaning of the facility as well as photocopying operations.

Administrative Services processes all personnel matters including payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, sick leaves, vacations and pensions.   The staff handles all correspondence and tracking of credentials and other related paperwork, processes all outgoing mail and distributes incoming correspondence.
